Reflections 02 continues the exploration of landscape as a space of memory, perception, and inner experience. The real motif is reduced almost to a minimum: a narrow horizontal strip of land remains the only clearly defined point of reference, while most of the composition transforms into a shifting, multilayered field of colour and light.

Soft pink, violet, and pearlescent tones overlap to create a complex atmospheric space. Luminous fragments emerge like clouds, reflections, or traces of movement, yet never settle into fully defined forms. In contrast, the intense green horizontal band below creates an almost tangible boundary between the material and the elusive.

In this work, I am interested in the moment when landscape ceases to be a specific place and becomes an experience of space. Colour and texture gradually replace representation, leaving only the horizon, light, and a sense of presence.

Within the Reflections series, this work develops the transition between external observation and the inner image. Landscape becomes a kind of threshold between what has been seen and what remains in memory — a space in which reality gradually transforms into sensation.
